PRIVATE PERSONAL TRAINING STUDIO

Your success is our goal and the only way we measure ourselves. We get to know and understand every client so we can create a custom fitness personal training program that fits your specific needs. Our approach is not only to give you a challenging workout each and every time you visit, but to also coach you on food intake so you’re equipped for all types of situations that occur in between your visits (i.e., parties, vacations, family dinners, client lunch meetings, eating out with friends, etc.). We teach accountability… and with our daily feedback about your food intake, we know that you will achieve the results you want.

At the Fit180 studio, we focus strictly on one-on-one personal training. To ensure that our clients are getting the most out of their personal training sessions, only professional personal trainers with clients are allowed on the gym floor. At Fit180, you’ll be free from all of the usual commercial gym distractions because who really wants to work out in a crowded place with random people staring at you?

We have three convenient Dallas personal training studio locations around Lakewood, Highland Park, University Park, and Preston Hollow areas. Your personal training sessions are good at any of our personal training studio locations so on the weekdays, train at a Fit180 studio near your work so you can avoid traffic and on the weekends, train at a Fit180 studio closer to your home.
