“My knowledge and conscious effort to put better foods in my body has made me feel empowered. I feel great to be able to eat smaller portions and say “NO” to bad things when necessary. Julie is tough and diligent about using every minute of your session with a challenging workout. Yesterday, I had a stress echo administered by Dr. Peter Hackett, who heads the Institute of High Altitude Medicine here in Telluride, Colorado (8750′). Dr. Hackett is a world renowned high altitude expert and has climbed Mt Everest. He administers a brutal stress echo. After the extensive interview and test, he asked me about my exercise program. He said I should be very grateful to you for whipping me into shape and to pass along his profound appreciation – as well as my sincere thanks.

I really want to compliment your folks. Since I hurt my knee, I’ve worked with Tina, Candice, Brian, Aaron, and Abbey (so far…). When you have to work around a body part and avoid so much lower body, that’s when they show their knowledge and creativity. They also showed me I could do more lower body than I thought I could.
