“What started out as just a part time job as a fitness trainer has now become my passion. I’m not only a personal trainer, but also a life coach. I educate and help people make better decisions for themselves in spite of their unpredictable schedules and hectic lifestyles. Reaching your goals is a lot easier than you think!”

Greatest Health and Fitness Accomplishment: Julie gained 75 lbs during her pregnancy. Six months after delivering a 9lb baby girl, she was able to get back to her pre-pregnancy weight!

Fun Fact About Julie: She loves to watch documentaries and can juggle!

Greatest Health and Fitness Accomplishment: Debilitating migraines are hereditary in Nikki’s family. A few years ago she started getting them on a semi-regular basis, but through proper nutrition and nutritional supplements, Nikki has been able to live and function with migraines.
